Penile Elongation & Enlargement

 

Penile elongation is performed to increase the length of the penis while enlargement is to increase the width. They can be performed together at the same time if indicated or separately.

Men with small penis are normally shy and the problem or the awareness might have started as early as in their teens specially in shared shower rooms or swimming pools. Some men have been told by their partner that they have a small one. Men become very sensitive to this issue.

Patient can gain up to two inches in length and about one third increase in the width. The operation is performed under general anaesthetic usually as a day case or overnight stay. In case of enlargement, circumcision might be performed if it was not done previously.

To increase the length, you can imagine that there is a band tied to the back of the penis and on the other hand tied to the back of the pubic bone. You can feel that there is a continuation of the penis inside the scrotum below the pelvis. In the elongation operation, this band is cut thus releasing the hidden part of the penis which was under the pelvis. There will be some stitches at the pubic area.

To increase the width some of body fat is removed by a syringe from another area such as the buttocks and the fat is transferred (injected) around the penis to increase the width. Men with penis up to 13-14 cm on erection will benefit from penile elongation.
